Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and short videos for social media
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Create and schedule content calendars
- Monitor trends and adjust content strategies accordingly
- Analyze metrics and report on social media performance
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely, on-brand manner
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams for cohesive campaigns
- Attend events, shoots, or other on-site opportunities (if applicable)
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in social media management and photography
- Strong portfolio showcasing both photography and social media work
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar
- Deep understanding of current trends, algorithms, and platform best practices
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- [Optional] Own photography equipment (camera, lenses, lighting, etc.)
