A Social Media Handler is a dynamic professional responsible for managing and enhancing an organization's online presence through various social media platforms. Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and brand-consistent content to publish on social media accounts.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends and audience insights.
  • Engage with online community members to foster relationships and enhance interactions.
  • Analyze key metrics and prepare reports to track performance of social campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to align social media strategy with company goals.
  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain community satisfaction.
  • Organize and participate in social media events and activities to increase brand reach.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and platform developments.
  • Coordinate with designers and writers to produce captivating visual and written content.
  • Manage budgets and timelines for social media campaigns efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify target audience preferences and craft content that resonates with their interests.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing social media accounts for businesses.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics software.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, both verbal and written.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software a plus but not required.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising considered an asset.
