Job Description

The Social Media Manager and Content Creator is a crucial role responsible for designing, creating, and managing content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage with customers, and drive traffic. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
  • Craft engaging and compelling content tailored to each social media platform.
  • Manage and oversee all social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting and engagement.
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Stay informed on the latest social media trends and tools to improve growth strategy.
  • Analyze performance data and generate reports to inform content optimization efforts.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to increase reach and conversions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with portfolio evidence.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success.
  • Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
