Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with interior design brand identity and marketing goals to increase brand awareness.
  • Curate and schedule engaging content (photos, videos, stories, reels) showcasing interior design projects, fit-out processes, and industry trends.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a strong online community.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, website traffic) and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visually stunning and informative content.
  • Research and identify relevant industry hashtags, trends, and influencers to expand reach and engagement.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad copy creation, and performance tracking.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in the interior design industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrates 5+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably within the interior design or fit-out industry.
  • Exhibits a creative eye for visual content and the ability to create engaging posts.
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Has experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
