Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting engaging content and a knack for connecting with audiences across various social media platforms. This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that enhances brand awareness, drives user engagement, and increases web traffic. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our brand's presence across all relevant social media channels, analyzing metrics to increase engagement, and participating in relevant conversations to increase visibility and highlight our company's presence as a leader in the industry.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content including images, video, and written material.
  • Monitor and respond to social user interactions promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze social media campaigns and adjust strategies to improve performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with in-house designers and external agencies to optimize content strategies.
  • Track and report on social media performance using appropriate analytics tools.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and budget to support marketing objectives.
  • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
  • Facilitate scaling brand awareness and building alignment among social media activities.
  • Participate in social media conversations to build community engagement and boost brand presence.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social media communications and channels.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Proven 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with social media advertising across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms within a corporate setting.
  • Proficient in social media analytics and knowledgeable about performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
