Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage a high-impact social media strategy (paid and organic) that aligns with overall business objectives and local cultural nuances.
- Oversee all company social media accounts (i.e., Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn) and ensure content is engaging, on-brand, and culturally relevant for the Saudi audience.
- Lead the creation of compelling digital content, including videos, graphics, and copy, ensuring it is optimized for each platform and target segment.
- Monitor SEO/SEM performance and overall digital marketing campaigns, utilizing data analytics to continually optimize for ROI and performance.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Set clear performance goals and manage professional development for team members.
- Oversee project management for all marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Act as a key liaison between the marketing department and other internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product Development, Executive Leadership).
- Conduct continuous market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in social media algorithms and consumer behavior in the Saudi market.
- Ensure all marketing communications are accurately and effectively localized, demonstrating a deep understanding of Saudi culture, customs, and consumer preferences.
- Manage PR and communication strategies for the region, leveraging local media and influences effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must-Haves
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
- Location: Proven experience working in the Riyadh/Saudi Arabian market is highly preferred.
- Language:Fluent in both Arabic (spoken and written) and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Social Media Expertise: Extensive, demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies across major platforms.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a marketing team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, and marketing automation software.
- Expertise in performance marketing (PPC, paid social) and managing significant advertising budgets.
- Excellent creative judgment, communication, and presentation skills.
