Social Media Manager & Video Editor (Remote or On-Site) My Growth Desk LLC-FZ

We are looking for a results-driven, highly organized Social Media Manager & Video Editor with UAE market experience to manage and scale our digital presence. You will oversee two distinct accounts, handle high-volume short-form video production, design engaging visual assets, and manage paid Meta ad campaigns.

Important Note: As a fast-growing startup, this role requires a high level of ownership. The first month will require concentrated, proactive effort to set up the brand templates, creative guidelines, and operational workflows from scratch.

This position is open to talent globally (remote freelancing) or locally within the UAE. For local candidates or those willing to relocate, you are welcome to work directly out of our office.

• Contract Structure: We will start with a 2-month probationary contract. If you deliver exceptional results and prove your value during this period, we are open to offering a formal UAE employment visa (no hard commitment upfront; entry is strictly performance-based).
  
  

Monthly Deliverables & Scope - You will be entirely responsible for the strategy, creation, editing, scheduling, and performance tracking of the following assets every month:

Vlog Account:

• 30 Reels per month (Daily posting).

• Style: Vlog-style, raw, organic, and simple behind-the-scenes content using raw footage provided by us.
  
  

Main Brand Account:

• 15 Polished Reels per month (High-aesthetic, professional cuts, sharp transitions, engaging hooks, and kinetic typography) - MAGNET MEDIA STYLE

• 4 Static Image Posts.

• 4 Carousel Posts (Value-driven, highly shareable educational slide decks).
  
  

Meta Ads Management:

• Setting up, monitoring, A/B testing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns.
