Social Media Manager & Videographer Company Name: BELGRIN UAE Location: Dubai, UAE Department: Marketing / Media Reporting to: Marketing Director / Branch Manager Work Description We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager & Videographer to join our Dubai office. This dual-role position is responsible for managing our social media presence across all platforms while also planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand strategy and marketing goals. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter). Create and manage the content calendar in coordination with the marketing team. Write, schedule, and post engaging content tailored for each platform. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions). Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns, product launches, and announcements. Videography & Content Creation Plan and produce video content for social media, websites, advertisements, and internal use. Handle all aspects of video production: scripting, shooting, lighting, audio recording, and editing. Create engaging short-form videos, reels, interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional content. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards. Organize and maintain a library of raw and edited video footage. Capture occasional photography content for events or campaigns as needed. Requirements Proven experience in social media management and content creation. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools. Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve). Skilled in camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment. Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Experience working in a fast-paced or agency environment. Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
