Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative social media strategies tailored to target audiences, ensuring maximum engagement and brand visibility.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize future campaigns and enhance ROI.
  • Create compelling, high-quality content that resonates with diverse audiences across various platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and sales, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a strong foundation in digital marketing principles.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, preferably within a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Proven track record of developing engaging social media campaigns that have driven measurable results.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Google Analytics.
