Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives, ensuring brand consistency and voice across all platforms.
- Manage content calendars, plan and schedule engaging posts, and curate visually appealing content (images, videos, stories) to captivate target audiences.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, respond to comments and messages promptly, and proactively engage with followers to build community.
- Analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) using analytics tools, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in social media marketing, demonstrating successful campaign management and measurable results.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective audiences.
Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.) to track, analyze, and report on performance.
