Roles & Responsibilities


  • Reply all inquiries on social media channels.
  • Tranlsate FAQs and support in website.
  • Create contents on posts.
  • Support in organizing, promoting internal events.
  • Photograph events and create event orders.
  • Social media moderator should respond to all given social media accounts professionally and on time while making sure to adhere to that brand and audience strategies.
  • Creating a great customer experience and loyalty.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Content creator.

    • Good knowledge of google analytics.

    Desired Candidate Profile


  • Good knowledge of graphics programs, photoshop, and Illustrator premiere.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or advertising.
  • Mass communication Graduates are preferred.
  • Good knowledge of using professional cameras (Pictures and videos)
  • Multitasking Handle multiple conversations from different channels at once
  • Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
  • Proficient communication, analytic/decision making, and human relation skills.
