Roles & Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand goals.
  • Brainstorm and conceptualize fresh, engaging ideas tailored to target audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment.

Platform Management

  • Manage daily operations of platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
  • Schedule and publish content while maintaining a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build community interaction.

Visual Content Creation

  • Design compelling visuals for posts, stories, and campaigns using Canva.
  • Create campaign mood boards and coordinate with designers for advanced creative needs.
  • Stay ahead of trends in beauty, design, and social media content.

Influencer & Campaign Coordination

  • Identify, onboard, and manage collaborations with influencers and content creators.
  • Coordinate and track influencer deliverables and performance.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor platform performance using tools such as Meta Insights and TikTok Analytics.
  • Analyze data, generate monthly reports, and suggest improvements based on findings.
  • Stay informed on emerging social media trends and algorithm updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management within the luxury fashion or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong design skills and proficiency in Canva.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with influencer management and content collaborations.
  • In-depth understanding of major social platforms and their best practices.
  • Creative thinker with a sharp eye for aesthetics and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
