Job Description: We are hiring a Social Media Specialist (Female) for one of our prestigious clients in the perfume / beauty / cosmetics industry located in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective social media strategies, creating engaging content, and strengthening the brand’s online presence. Key responsibilities include creating and managing content, collaborating with influencers, and monitoring analytics for campaign effectiveness.


Core Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement social media content plans that align with the brand identity and marketing goals of one of our prestigious clients in the perfume industry.
  • Create engaging content (posts, images, videos) across all social media platforms to boost interaction, reach, and brand awareness.
  • Manage daily activity on social channels, including posting schedules, audience responses, and community moderation.
  • Collaborate with influencers and manage outreach, partnerships, and end-to-end campaign execution.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor trends, track performance, and prepare regular social media reports.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to optimize campaigns and improve engagement and ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing within the perfume, beauty, and luxury retail sectors.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in managing corporate social media accounts, preferably in the retail or fragrance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail, creativity, and brand consistency.
  • Proficiency in using analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Experience in influencer marketing and content collaboration is highly valued.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
