One of JobIn Clients is Looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our online presence, creating engaging content, and implementing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversions across all digital platforms. ???? Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals and brand identity. Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories) across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube. Manage daily social media activities including content planning, posting, and community management. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and creative storytelling. Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, and integrate new approaches to enhance reach and engagement. Plan and manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries and comments, and build a strong online community around the brand. Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting growth, engagement, and ROI.SkillsProficiency in tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or Sprout Social.Proven experience in social media management and content creation.Ability to analyze data and metrics to guide content strategy and performance improvement.Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads).Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in both short and long formats.Familiarity with SEO principles and how social media impacts search visibility.2 4 years of proven experience in managing corporate or agency social media accounts.Knowledge of influencer marketing and brand collaboration strategies is a plus.
