Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photographs for Sukoon’s digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website, ads).

  • Create engaging content showcasing:

  • Home farming & edible gardens

  • Farm visits & maintenance work

  • Educational agriculture tips

  • Brand stories, behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle content

  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to translate ideas into visual content. Handle end-to-end production: pre-production planning, shooting, lighting, audio, editing, and final delivery.

  • Edit short-form and long-form content (reels, stories, posts, tutorials).

  • Maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with Sukoon’s brand values.

  • Manage and organize media assets (photos, videos, raw footage).

  • Stay updated on social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.

  • Assist in basic graphic or motion elements when needed (titles, captions, simple animations).

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a videographer and photographer (portfolio required). Strong skills in: Camera operation (DSLR / mirrorless) Lighting (natural & artificial) Video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or similar) Photo editing (Lightroom, Photoshop) Experience creating social-media-first content (Instagram & TikTok preferred). Creative eye with attention to detail and storytelling. Comfortable shooting outdoors, on farms, villas, and work sites. Ability to work independently and manage multiple shoots. Basic understanding of branding and content strategy. Passion or interest in nature, agriculture, sustainability, or lifestyle content is a strong plus. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
