Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise children within the soft play area, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times, proactively addressing any potential hazards.
  • Enforce play area rules and guidelines consistently, fostering a safe and enjoyable environment for all children and preventing disruptive behavior.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the soft play equipment and surrounding areas through regular cleaning and sanitization procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and guardians, addressing inquiries, offering assistance, and resolving any concerns professionally.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred to demonstrate a basic level of education and understanding.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and child protection policies within a soft play environment is crucial for ensuring children's safety.
  • Prior experience in childcare, recreation, or a customer service role is highly desirable, showcasing familiarity with related environments.
