Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring a Software Support & Implementation Engineer to support testing, client on-boarding, and post-implementation activities.The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between software development and system-level architecture, ensuring performance, scalability, security, and reliability across the full system lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:

• Test features & report issues

• Support client on-boarding & training

• Prepare simple documentation

• Log bugs with clear steps

• Provide post-implementation support

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years in QA/support/implementation

• Fast learner with basic web app knowledge

• Strong English communication skills

• Based in or willing to relocate to Fujairah,UAE

• Basic SQL

• Exposure to AI tools
