Solution Architect

The purpose of this role is to analyze, design, develop, and maintain optimal IT solutions to business problems, with a focus on scalable, modern technology stacks and adherence to enterprise architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT systems integration to meet business requirements in an agile delivery environment
• Evaluate system architectures and collaborate with project and development teams to optimize solutions
• Establish IT architecture practices and define relevant methodologies
• Design solutions considering business, security, and technology perspectives
• Implement microservices (REST), container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker), and DevOps practices (CI/CD)
• Identify integration opportunities with external entities and partners
• Support RFI/RFP processes and lead technical evaluations
• Ensure compliance with enterprise IT policies, governance, and architecture standards
• Research and recommend emerging technologies
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and collaborate across teams (enterprise, infrastructure, security)
• Support continuous improvement and positive work culture

Technical Competencies

• Strong understanding of software engineering, project management, operating systems, and databases
• In-depth knowledge of coding languages
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Microservices, and container orchestration
