Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

  • Design end-to-end Data & AI architectures (ingestion, transformation, storage, analytics, ML).
  • Build scalable, cloud-native platforms using Azure, Snowflake, and open-source tools.
  • Define architecture blueprints, data models, and governance-aligned integration patterns.
  • Design and deploy AI/ML platforms with MLOps, monitoring, and Responsible AI principles.

Technical Leadership

  • Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and guide data/ML engineering teams.
  • Drive modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for enterprise-scale solutions.

Client Consulting & Engagement

  • Translate business requirements into scalable, data-driven architectures.
  • Support pre-sales activities, RFPs, and executive presentations.
  • Advise clients on data strategy, architecture roadmaps, and AI adoption.

Delivery & Governance

  • Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, and data privacy standards.
  • Define best practices, reusable frameworks, and mentor internal teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong expertise in end-to-end AI architecture (data preparation to deployment).
  • Hands-on experience with Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Hadoop, dbt, Delta Lake.
  • Expertise in LLMs, GenAI, AI agents using Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel.
  • Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI governance frameworks.
  • Strong hands-on skills with Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, Purview, Azure ML.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Cognitive Services, and Azure OpenAI.
  • Expertise in Lakehouse architecture, Snowpark, Streamlit, and large-scale analytics optimization.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and Scala.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Excellent client-facing, consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
