Your role

We're seeking a Solution Delivery Specialist for our Integration team. As Solution Delivery Specialist, you will be crucial in leading the way to build cutting-edge platforms that enable seamless and scalable systems for Merchants and Channel Partners.

Drawing on your proficiency in Integrations and Product development you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing our Integration experience for Partners..

With a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams you will collaborate with a diverse ecosystem of talented engineers, designers, analysts, product experts, and other team members to leverage system design, create technical solutions, dive deep into complex problems and ultimately revolutionize the way millions of users shop, pay, and bank.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage integration projects with merchants and channel partners, ensuring smooth implementation of Tamara s payment system.
  • Collaborate with the Partner success team to define milestones and deliverables, ensuring high-quality integrations.
  • Act as a senior technical consultant for merchants and partners, guiding them through integration processes.
  • Define requirements, test data integrity, verify business processes, and deploy product offerings with the support of engineers and the partner success team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external technical teams to understand business objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Educate merchants and partners on optimal integration strategies, techniques, and best practices for user experience.
  • Provide technical guidance during testing, pre-launch activities, and post-launch operations to ensure seamless go-live.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all implementation-related activities, resolving roadblocks and escalating issues as needed.
  • Share project updates, key metrics, and feedback with stakeholders and internal teams to improve tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with the onboarding and product teams to drive specifications and implement customizations where necessary.

Your expertise

  • 3-4 years of experience in the E-Commerce and or Payment Industry.
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C#/VB.NET, PHP).
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce, B2B communication, XML, and Web services/APIs.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (Arabic preferred).
  • Experience in business development, pre-sales, technical integration, or technical project management.
  • Proven track record in managing and troubleshooting technical and business integration projects.
  • Advanced SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to understand and work with diverse technologies and system interactions.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
