Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

What will you do:

  • Act as a mentor to your team members, being their point of reference and supporting them in delivering the best guest experience possible while developing their skills.

  • To have an extensive knowledge of LPM products (both on food and beverages).

  • To have a deep knowledge of wines, food and wine pairings and the ability to train and educate staff on wine-related matters.

  • To be able to take full charge of the sommelier service during operations.

  • To manage the restaurant's wine inventory, overseeing storage conditions, monitoring levels and ensuring secure handling.

What you need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • 2-3 years of previous experience as a Sommelier in a similar establishment

  • English excellent oral and written

  • Extensive wine knowledge (emphasis on French wine)
