Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify qualified medical suppliers, manufacturers, and wholesalers (locally).
    Make physical meetings with suppliers.
  • Assess supplier capabilities, certifications, and product portfolios.
    Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, MOQs, lead times, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
  • Secure the best value while maintaining quality and regulatory standards.
    Work with suppliers to ensure proper listing of medical products on our platform with full product details, specs, images, and compliance certifications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content, operations, logistics) to streamline onboarding.
    Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with suppliers.
  • Act as the main point of contact between suppliers and internal departments.
  • Monitor market trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings in the medical device and consumables space.
  • Recommend new product categories and brands to onboard.
  • Ensure all suppliers comply with health regulations, product certifications (CE, FDA, ISO), and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement and supplier records.

Desired Candidate Profile

1 to 3 years of proven experience in e-commerce sourcing or procurement.

  • Proficiency in English is a must (spoken and written).
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and sourcing dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Must be open to flexible working hours and adaptable to hybrid working conditions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple vendors efficiently.
