Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who understands how to bring products to life — from finding the right factory to delivering a finished product at the right quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and source high-quality manufacturers globally (footwear, leather goods, accessories, hats, etc.)
• Evaluate factories based on quality, capability, pricing, and reliability
• Manage communication with factories from sampling to production
• Source materials and components when needed
• Negotiate pricing and production terms
• Oversee sampling process and ensure quality meets brand standards
• Build a strong network of trusted suppliers across categories
Desired Candidate Profile
3–5+ years experience in fashion sourcing or product development
Strong knowledge of global manufacturing (Asia, Europe, etc.)
Experience working with multiple product categories
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to identify high-quality production vs average
Organized and detail-oriented
Nice to Have:
Existing network of factories and suppliers
Experience with premium or luxury brands
