Roles & Responsibilities

Working from home. Position for Qatar Sourcing Specialist-Oil & Gas, Petrochemical & Chemical Industry Minimum 5 years of experience. Job responsibilities. 1. Chemical Manufacturing, Sales, Service and Application experience in the Oil & Gas Sector. 2. Sound Knowledge of Technical Documents Preparation such as MSDS etc. 3. Fluent in English to communicate with international clients. 4. Sourcing International Suppliers and discussing all Commercial and Technical matters. 5. Client relationship management, targeting and focusing on achieving the Daily / Weekly Monthly Target is a key responsibility of this position. 6. The execution and completion of the routine task 7. Close coordination and interaction with the suppliers 8. Support Sales team in achieving their regular business objectives. 9. Generate online leads. 10. Handling online task. 11. Administrative support: such as Commercia Offer, Calculation, Pre-qualifications Customer’s follow-up, Enquiry sheet update etc. 12. Ensure any problems are handled in a proactive manner.
