Job Summary
Be responsible for access control, daily sales and guest needs i.e. locker keys, towel and bookings. Update all reports and databases as needed.
Job Specifics
• To ensure that you are courteous and friendly at all times, attend to the guests needs and handle problems in a professional manner.
• Be responsible for the cleanliness of all areas specifically the reception area.
• Welcome prospective members in a professional manner, providing them full explanation and orientation of the spa facilities and promote and sell the membership.
• Be responsible for the control and handling of all telephone enquiries.
• Liaise with the managers about the administration and handling of all membership applications and payments according the the LSOP.
• Be responsible for handling cash and issuing receipts or any fees
• Control all the bookings/appointments of the spa.
• Keep a daily record book and log all of the information
