Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body wraps, tailored to individual client needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and calming treatment environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sanitized and well-stocked.
  • Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring clients feel comfortable throughout their experience.
  • Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize therapist availability while minimizing client wait times.
  • Educate clients on aftercare routines and lifestyle choices that can enhance the benefits of treatments and promote overall health.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of a diploma or certificate in massage therapy or spa management from an accredited institution.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is preferred to cater to diverse clientele.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate client schedules and spa operations.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with clients, listen to their needs, and explain treatments clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling the therapist to build rapport and trust with clients for repeat business.
  • A passion for wellness and self-care, showing commitment to ongoing personal and professional development in the spa industry.
