Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish and English via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Handle product/service questions, billing issues, account support, and technical troubleshooting.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate s degree or higher preferred
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a BPO
environment, is a plus. - Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong problem-solving
abilities; proficient in using computer systems and CRM software. - Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills; ability to remain calm and professional in
stressful situations; attention to detail; ability to work independently and as part of a
team. - Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and
