Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish and English via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Handle product/service questions, billing issues, account support, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate s degree or higher preferred
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a BPO
    environment, is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong problem-solving
    abilities; proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
  • Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills; ability to remain calm and professional in
    stressful situations; attention to detail; ability to work independently and as part of a
    team.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and
    holidays, as needed.
