List of responsibilities:
• Handling customer s inquiries and requirements for Laundry Equipment Spare Parts.
• Indentifying the parts requested by customers in their inquiries.
• Preparing Sales Quotes and pricing to customers.
• Processing customer s orders from the date of receipt till delivery.
• Liaise with Logistics & shipping dept. to ensure that customer s orders arrive on time.
• Coordinate with logistics dept. for delivery of parts orders to customers upon arrival.
• Following up closely outstanding sales quotes with customers.
• Make analysis for the monthly sales to customers and find out deviation from monthly targets.
• Approach new clients and increase customer s database.
University Qualifications: Bachelors Degree
