� Urgent Hiring – SENCO Coordinator � � Location: Sharjah, UAE � Position: SENCO Coordinator (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) � Availability: Immediate joining Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCO Coordinator to join our school team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs, ensuring inclusive teaching practices, and working closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with additional learning needs. Support teachers in adapting lessons and classroom strategies for inclusion. Provide training, guidance, and resources to staff on SEN best practices. Liaise with parents, therapists, and external specialists to ensure holistic student support. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with SPEA/MOE regulations. Promote a culture of inclusion and student well-being across the school.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Education / Special Education (Master’s preferred). Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in SEN teaching or coordination. Strong knowledge of inclusive education strategies and UAE regulatory standards. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Ability to join immediately.
