Job Description
Your responsibilities
1) Audit preparation (Specifications available, Audit assistance checklist available or to be carried out, Identify the supplier if applicable, Audit mandate, identify the specific points to be checked, Scope of the initial qualification
The preparation activity consists of:
o Sending the audit initialization letter to the Quality manager of the supplier concerned,
o Asking the supplier for the elements for constituting the qualification file in accordance with customer requirements,
o Specifying the practical arrangements for the audit and defining, in agreement with him, an audit schedule.
Deliverable = Validation of the audit date and schedule by the supplier + Complete file according to customer requirements
2) On-site audit (if applicable)
Carry out the on-site audit (opening meeting, audit, summary meeting)
Identify minor / major deviations
Deliverable = Audit report to be distributed, issue any deviations according to customer procedure
3) Data synthesis (documentary audit)
Carry out the data synthesis, analyze the data and status on compliance with requirements, list major / minor deviations
Deliverable = Qualification renewal report
4) Restitution
Present the audit results to the sponsors with proposed corrective actions
Deliverable = Status regarding qualification or not (renewal)
5) Ensure the follow-up of audits / KPIs
Job Requirements
You have the required skills in:
1. Knowledge of EN9100
2. Knowledge of the SAFRAN environment and documentation
3. Knowledge of the cycle for identifying and processing corrective and preventive actions
4. Knowledge of special processes to be audited (at least 1) in commodity Chemical Process
5. Ability to interpret and use information and/or technical data
6. Ability to analyze the risks of a situation
7. Rigor,
8. Organization,
9. Diagnostic capacity,
10. Synthesis capacity,
