Specialist / Consultant Fetal Medicine Physician

A leading private hospital group in the UAE is currently seeking a highly skilled Female Fetal Medicine Specialist / Consultant to join its expanding Women s Health and Maternal-Fetal Medicine service.

This role is ideal for candidates with advanced expertise in high-risk obstetrics, prenatal diagnostics, fetal anomaly screening, and multidisciplinary maternal-fetal care within tertiary or high-volume hospital environments.

The successful candidate will work closely with Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Neonatology, Genetics, and Pediatric teams to provide comprehensive fetal medicine services and advanced prenatal care.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Manage:
• High-risk pregnancies
• Complex maternal-fetal conditions
• Multiple pregnancies and maternal medical complications
• Perform:
• Advanced fetal ultrasound and anomaly scans
• Prenatal diagnostic assessments
• Growth and Doppler studies
• Early pregnancy and fetal wellbeing assessments
• Conduct:
• Counseling for fetal abnormalities and complex obstetric conditions
• Multidisciplinary maternal-fetal consultations
• Participate in:
• Fetal medicine clinics and tertiary referral services
• Multidisciplinary obstetric case discussions and care planning

Subspecialty Focus Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

• High-risk obstetrics
• Fetal anomaly screening
• Prenatal diagnostics
• Maternal-fetal medicine
• Advanced fetal imaging and ultrasound
• Multidisciplinary pregnancy management

• Support the continued growth and development of fetal medicine services
• Participate in quality assurance and patient safety initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and imaging reports
• Contribute to education, mentoring, and CME activities where applicable
