Job brief
We are looking for exceptional Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees for TASNEE and its Affiliates.
What does a Recruiter do?
A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers and HRBPs on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like professional sourcing networks and employee referrals and company website database.
Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.
Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline and maintain customer service approach with the stakeholders.
you will be responsible to: But not limited to:
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy for all TASNEE Business Unites utilizing Success Factors (SAP Cloud Recruitment Module).
• Develop and conduct a hiring manager briefing sessions to understand business needs.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate sourcing channels /job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to shortlist candidates within agreed SLA (Service level agreement).
• Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills and experience.
• Engage to on-boarding process for new employees.
• Apply HR recruiting best fit practices.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the stakeholder.
• Participate in representing the company branding activities to be an Employer of Choice .
About You:
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter in Petrochemical / Chemical. 2 years at minimum.
• Holds bachelor s Degree in Human Resources or Management Information Systems or any related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, Candidate scheduling, etc )
• Familiarity with HCM recruitment module , Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
