Customer Experience Specialist Sharaf Retail

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Adventure Zone, you will be the face of our brand, delivering unforgettable experiences to guests of all ages. You’ll ensure every customer feels welcome, safe, and engaged from check-in to check-out while supporting smooth day-to-day operations of the facility.

Customer Experience:

• Warmly greet guests and assist with check-in and orientation.
• Guide customers through activity selection, safety procedures, and facility rules.
• Provide clear, engaging instructions for each adventure activity.
• Monitor guest activities to ensure safety and maximize fun.
• Support birthday parties, school trips, team-building events, and group bookings.
• Answer guest questions and resolve concerns with professionalism.

Cashiering & Sales:

• Operate POS systems for ticket sales, retail items, concessions, and activity bookings.
• Accurately handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments.
• Issue wristbands, receipts, and safety gear upon purchase.
• Reconcile cash drawers and report discrepancies to management.
• Promote upsells, special offers, and memberships to guests.
• Assist in restocking merchandise and maintaining a tidy sales area.
