JOB OBJECTIVE:
To support services to Tabreed s various divisions and departments in Training & employee development activities to meet the competency requirements of the company.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Training Need Analysis
Coordinate with division/department to evaluate training requirements and conduct training needs analysis.
Provide support, advice and give professional assistance to departments with respect to Training and Development Plan.
Evaluate requested training.
Develop the consolidated Training and Development Plan.
In-house and External Training Programs
Own and manage new employee orientation program, including content development, coordination, and evaluation.
Evaluate new evaluation orientation.
Conduct research in identifying training courses that offer optimum usefulness to the nominated employees.
Provide nomination for various courses and employee development programme based on need analysis to ensure competency/skill enhancement.
Complete required SCM purchase requisitions in timely manner.
Develop communication plans and martials in line with the training plans and ensure all employees understand the importance of training and development.
Research for new training courses and workshops to meet the training needs of the business under different categories and industry requirements.
Contribute to innovative ideas and creative ways of achieving business targets through training courses and capability development plans.
Training Budget
Keep track of all requisitions and payments made out of training budget.
Contribute to develop innovative procedures that enable the organization to control and modify its training costs, obtain approval for implementation and ensure that such procedures are implemented.
Maintain cost efficiency and optimization through renewing and training request, and ensure alignment with business and employee need.
Development Programs Mentoring
Monitor the progress of the employees in coordination with line management through performance evaluation.
Provide Career Development Plan for Tabreed Employees along with L and E Manager.
Support employee s Individual Development Plan with the concerned department and assist in placing employees in the target position. Maintain a progress record for the employee advancement.
Provide Career Enhancement for UAE nationals. Serve as training advisor and career counsellor to supervisors and employees.
Feedback & Reporting
Conduct Training effectiveness Feedback to ensure quality of training course contents and delivery.
Review and analyze feedback to establish courses which appear to provide most benefit to the company s employees.
Maintain Training Records and Reports to track the training and development program across Tabreed.
Professional Development Framework
Contribute with Learning and Emiratization Manager on the development and the annual reviews of technical and behavioral competencies.
Coordinate annual reviews of technical and behavioral competencies.
COMMUNICATIONS and WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal:
All Departments
External:
Continuous communication with Training Service Providers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
2 years of relevant experience in the Human Resources function.
