Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose
The Specialist – Marketing & Communications is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing, branding, and communication activities for EVENT VENUE Venue. The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, promoting events and services, managing communication channels, and supporting stakeholder engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Coordinate promotional campaigns for exhibitions, conferences, and venue-related events.
Create and manage marketing content for digital platforms, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and press releases.
Support brand management initiatives to ensure consistency across all communication materials.
Coordinate with internal departments, agencies, media partners, and external stakeholders for marketing activities.
Monitor and update website and social media platforms with relevant content and event information.
Assist in organizing media coverage, PR activities, and corporate communication initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Track campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing effectiveness and audience engagement.
Ensure all communication materials comply with company branding and communication guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within events, hospitality, exhibitions, or venue management industries.
Experience in digital marketing and social media management is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Knowledge of marketing principles, branding, and digital communication tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing platforms/tools.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Creative thinking with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
Preferred Requirements
Experience in event marketing or venue promotions.
Familiarity with media relations and content development.
Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
