Roles & Responsibilities

A leading hospital in Dubai is seeking a strong>Specialist Neonatologist/strong> to join its Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The role involves managing premature and critically ill newborns in a high-acuity, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage critically ill and premature neonates
  • Provide advanced ventilatory and life-support management
  • Perform neonatal procedures including intubation and line placement
  • Participate in neonatal resuscitation teams
  • Collaborate with obstetrics and pediatric teams
  • Participate in on-call rotations
  • Maintain accurate and compliant medical records

Desired Candidate Profile

Specialist qualification in Neonatology

  • DHA License or eligibility
  • NICU experience in tertiary-care hospital preferred
  • Strong decision-making and emergency response skills
