JOB PURPOSE :
To assist and support the supervision of consultancy services related to organizational improvements and transformation, organizational design, staff analysis, and optimization in order to align systems, processes and structures to achieve the vision, mission and strategic objectives.
Job Specific Accountabilities
q Consults with the Senior OD Specialist and Line Department Manager on matters of organizational change and culture alignment.
q Provides organizational process consultation to assist managers to identify, plan and implement changes initiatives that positively affect performance output and customer satisfaction.
q Plans, researches, analyze and recommend systematic change and organizational performance initiatives.
q Makes presentations to all levels of management regarding the initiation and implementation of change initiatives.
q Benchmarks against other similar organizations, reviews organizational structure and make recommendations for changes in order to address the organization s strategy.
q Develops updates and maintains manuals and computer systems for organizational structure/chart statement of functions.
q Carries out planned or ad hoc staffing level studies and analysis to assess the requirements of each entity. Develops and implements quantitative Analysis Methodology.
q Prepares and finalizes proposal reports for management approval to include necessary documents such as analysis reports, charts, statement of functions, cost impacts etc.
q Coordinates with Human Resources, Finance and End users any organizational and job related changes after approval and implementation in the system.
Performs structural health check-up after a period of 18 24 months of implementing changes, using the OD Tools as per Company Policy.
q Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Development or any Behavioural Sciences or equivalent. Postgraduate degree an advantage.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
q 8 years of progressively more responsible experience in HR or related field, with 3-5 years experience in organizational development consulting
q Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
q Fluency in English, both verbal and written
q Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage
q With consulting, presentation, research, and analytical skills
q Has a good knowledge of the business
q A self-starter, a good communicator, works well in teams, and effective as a change agent
