  • Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions
  • Perform various ENT surgeries, ensuring high-quality outcomes for patients
  • Offer consultation to other medical professionals in the field of ENT
  • Document patient information, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care in medical records
  • Participate in multidisciplinary conferences to discuss challenging medical cases
  • Collaborate with the medical team to integrate curative and preventive care programs
  • Oversee the operation of preventive and curative programs in the ENT field
  • Supervise and monitor the work of junior staff, offering training as required
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure all patient care is conducted with integrityAttend regular staff meetings and in-service activities for professional development

Desired Candidate Profile

Medical degree with specialization in Otorhinolaryngology (e.g., American Board of Otolaryngology, MRCP or equivalent)

  • At least 3 years of experience as a licensed Otolaryngologist after certification
  • Expertise in ENT surgeries and management of head and neck disorders
  • Eligible for licensure by the Department of Health (DOH) in Abu Dhabi
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); Arabic is a plus
  • Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support team members
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
