Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Position Overview SSMC is seeking a highly competent Specialist ENT Physician to provide comprehensive Otolaryngology Head & Neck services within a tertiary-care academic hospital environment. The role includes outpatient, inpatient, and procedural responsibilities, supporting a high-volume referral center.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and head & neck region
- Perform diagnostic nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, and minor ENT procedures
- Conduct elective ENT surgeries according to credentialing
- Provide inpatient consultations and perioperative care
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor board meetings
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Engage in clinical audit and quality improvement initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
MBBS + recognized Specialist qualification in ENT
DOH Abu Dhabi License or eligibility
Minimum 3 5 years post-specialization experience
Experience in tertiary-care settings preferred
