Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance).
  • Manage system configuration, workflow setup, and catalog management.
  • Support integration between SAP Ariba, S/4HANA, and other systems (Finance, ServiceNow, or DocuSign).
  • Work closely with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to enhance purchasing and approval workflows.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with SAP or vendor support, and manage incident resolution.
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and user acceptance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement governance, audit, and data privacy requirements.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and best-practice guidance for end users.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 6 years of experience in procurement system administration or SAP Ariba functional support.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, S/4HANA MM, or similar eProcurement platforms.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes (PR/PO, invoicing, supplier onboarding, contract management).
  • Familiarity with integration, workflow automation, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
