Specialist - Quality Assurance Abu Dhabi Ports

Core Responsibilities:
Implement Quality Assurance processes and procedures and ensure that the procedures are aligned with the company's quality standards and that they are effective in identifying and resolving defects.
Prepare quality assurance action plans; implement productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identify and resolve problems; determine system improvements; and implement changes.
Participate in conducting Integrated Management System (IMS) internal audits to ensure proactively issues and non-conformities identified and effectively resolved for AD Ports Group in line with the documented procedure.
Review and maintain Integrated Management System (IMS) documents such as policies, terms of reference (TOR), Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions.
Act as a corporate Customer Feedback Management representative to ensure that customer complaints are effectively escalated and addressed in line with the global best practiced standards.
Coordinate to provide training and support to process owners and executers that covers the integrated management system, policies, procedures, and core processes.
