• Provide support to Manager Training & Development to develop and formulate Annual training budget and plan.
• Conduct training need analysis and analyse the training needs for the whole Bank in the areas of Banking Operations to develop a suitable annual training plan.
• Design, organize and conduct suitable training programmes in banking operations to enhance the knowledge base, understanding and proficiency of the human Resources.
• Identify, select and coordinate with guest speakers, department managers, and external training institutions to arrange quality inputs for the training programme
• Develop suitable training materials and manuals and improve training methods to facilitate the transfer of knowledge
• Ensure that the trainees apply the knowledge and expertise while performing the job through a follow-up mechanism to facilitate their learning process
• Ensure that the quality of participants is appropriate and that necessary arrangements are made to support the achievement of the course objectives.
• Ensure to deliver all the training programmes as per the training calendar and liaise with Departments and Branches to review the nominations and to recommend appropriate changes
• Assist or manage any special projects assigned to you by Training Manager in commensurate with the nature of your appointment.
• Keep updated on relevant Banking developments in order to act as source of technical expertise and also to provide advice and guidance to the staff members

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in business-related subjects. A post graduate or MBA preferably in Banking or Finance will be desirable but not essential.
•Computer literate
• 8-10 years banking experience
•Complete knowledge and clear understanding of banking operations.
