KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Core Responsibilitiesbr>Manage the development and ongoing maintenance of data definitions, standards, lineage and other data governance initiatives as part of the Finance data governance initiatives.br>Engage internally with Finance stakeholders to gather pain points on data issues.br>Analyse data, identify data gaps, and propose solutions to fix the data issues at the core.br>Strategic responsibilitiesbr>Understand the organization and environment; and then, develops, implement and maintain the overall data governance framework for Finance.br>Communicate and collaborate with Data Stewards and wider stakeholder, departments and colleagues to drive the data governance agenda.br>Continuous Improvementbr>Support the business in identifying required continuous improvements opportunities for the related systems, processes and practices of Data processing.br>Develop and lead training and awareness sessions with the finance stakeholders to promote the usage of the Data Quality toolbr>Support the design and execution of appropriate education and awareness activities that promote the importance and direction of data governance activity./li>
  • Reportingbr>Support in Preparing MI reports highlighting gaps following monitoring and testing activities.br>Assist in developing KRIs and Dashboards./li>

Academic/Professional Qualifications:/p>

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or Finance

PMO certification (preferred)br>
