Hiring company is the world’s one of the leading manufacturer of advanced sanitaryware solutions. With operations in over 90 countries, we partner with developers, consultants, architects, and contractors to deliver high-performance plumbing systems. Our Middle East team is expanding, and we are looking for a driven Specification Sales professional to strengthen our presence in major construction and infrastructure projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with consultants, architects, developers, and government authorities to secure project specifications.

Identify upcoming projects and ensure our products are approved and included in BOQs, drawings, and material submittals.

Conduct technical presentations, CPDs, and product trainings to decision-makers.

Manage the full specification cycle—from lead generation to follow-up with contractors and distributors until order conversion.

Monitor project pipelines using industry platforms and network connections.

Support the sales and distribution teams by providing specification documents, certifications, technical data sheets, and compliance reports.

Track competitor activity and market trends; provide strategic input to management.

Coordinate with marketing to develop consultant-focused materials and campaigns.

Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and industry networking events

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).

2–5 years of UAE experience in specification sales within sanitaryware, plumbing systems, MEP materials, or building products.

Established network with major consultants, architects, developers, and MEP contractors.

Strong understanding of UAE specification workflows, material approvals, and project tender cycles. Excellent communication, technical presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable working with long sales cycles.
