We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Arabic-Speaking Speech Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to client's needs and goals.
• Administer speech therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
• Provide bilingual speech therapy services to Arabic-speaking clients and their families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to formulate comprehensive treatment plans.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about their conditions and therapy interventions.
• Regularly update and adjust therapy plans based on client progress and feedback.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and coordinate care strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest research and developments in speech therapy and linguistics.
• Engage in regular professional development activities to enhance therapy skills.
• Promote awareness of speech and language issues in the Arabic-speaking community.

Requirements

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Certification and licensure as a Speech Therapist in accordance with state regulations.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with individuals of diverse ages and cultural backgrounds.
• Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
• Proficiency in using therapy-related software and tools for documentation and assessment.
• A demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to continued education and professional development in speech therapy.
