Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders, tailoring treatment plans to individual needs.
- Develop and implement innovative therapy techniques that engage patients and promote effective communication skills.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare professionals, to create cohesive treatment strategies.
- Provide family education and support, empowering caregivers with tools and strategies to reinforce communication skills at home.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field, ensuring a strong theoretical foundation.
- Valid state licensure and certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) to practice professionally.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in diverse settings, demonstrating adaptability and a breadth of knowledge.
- Bilingual candidates preferred, with proficiency in both English and another language to better serve diverse populations.
