About the Role

The Sponsorships Manager is responsible for driving sponsorship and partnership strategy across LINKVIVA s portfolio of events, festivals, and destination activations. This includes identifying new revenue opportunities, building strong relationships with brands and partners, and ensuring the seamless delivery of all partnership commitments.

This role requires a commercially minded, relationship-driven professional who understands market trends, brand objectives, and the dynamics of large-scale public events. The Partnerships Manager works closely with internal teams to craft compelling commercial offerings and ensure sponsor success from pitch to delivery.

What You ll Do

Partnership Strategy & Revenue Generation

  • Identify, pursue, and secure sponsorships, partnerships, and commercial collaboration opportunities.
  • Develop tailored partnership packages aligned with event objectives and brand needs.
  • Build long-term pipelines and nurture relationships to support sustainable revenue growth.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all partners and sponsors.
  • Lead presentations, negotiations, and contract closure with professionalism and confidence.
  • Ensure strong relationships with government entities, corporate brands, and strategic partners.

Partnership Delivery & Account Management

  • Oversee the delivery of partnership agreements and ensure all rights/benefits are fulfilled.
  • Work closely with project, marketing, creative, and operations teams to align deliverables.
  • Track partner KPIs, produce status updates, and prepare final partnership reports.

Internal Coordination & Collaboration

  • Provide the project teams with clear partnership requirements and activation expectations.
  • Contribute to event concepts by embedding partnership thinking early in the planning process.
  • Support the marketing team in communicating partner messages during campaigns.

Market Research & Insights

  • Stay up to date with industry benchmarks, sponsorship trends, and competitor events.
  • Identify emerging categories, brands, and opportunities for future commercial growth.

About You

Commercially driven with a track record in sponsorship, partnerships, or business development

Confident communicator and presenter able to engage senior stakeholders

Strong negotiator with strategic thinking and solution-driven mindset

Able to manage multiple partnerships across simultaneous live events

Collaborative, organised, and comfortable with fast-moving environments

Passionate about events, brand engagement, and value creation

What You Need to Apply

5 7 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or commercial roles (events preferred)

Proven experience managing high-value partners and closing commercial deals

Strong understanding of brand marketing, event sponsorship, and ROI principles

Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Excellent presentation, communication, and proposal-building skills

Based in the UAE with full working rights
