Roles & Responsibilities

Think LinkedIn meets Instagram for players aged 13–21. A platform where talent gets discovered, supporters become superfans, and scouts find the next breakout star.


We're in an exciting early growth phase and looking for a marketing maverick to help us hit the accelerator. This isn’t a coffee-fetching internship — this is your chance to leave a mark on a live sports-tech startup and grow with us.


  • Drive player, coach, and scout outreach via DMs and email — your charm is your superpower
  • Help new users onboard and feel welcome on the platform
  • Keep our contact databases (schools, clubs, scouts) sharp and updated
  • Ideate and assist with content — reels, memes, stories, and snackable campaigns
  • Test product features and share real feedback — bugs, blockers, and UX wins
  • Pitch in wherever needed to keep operations humming and momentum high

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 18–26 years old, lives and breathes football (bonus points if you’ve played, coached, or followed the game seriously)
  • Naturally creative with a love for content, community, and campaigns
  • Tech-fluent: confident using Google Sheets, Canva, ChatGPT, or other no-code/AI tools
  • Sharp communicator — clear, confident, and persuasive in writing and speech
  • Self-starter with ideas and initiative — you don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Curious, bold, and willing to experiment to see what moves the needle
