Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
  • Mix, match, and apply paints and coatings according to specifications, ensuring color accuracy and finish consistency.
  • Operate spray painting equipment, maintaining optimal pressure and flow for flawless application.
  • Conduct quality control checks to identify imperfections and correct them prior to the final inspection.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is essential; further education in fine arts or industrial painting is advantageous.
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in a spray painting role, preferably in automotive or industrial settings.
  • Certification in OSHA safety standards is required to ensure compliance and safety in the workplace.
  • Strong technical skills in operating various spray painting equipment and tools proficiently.
