Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expertly mix and apply paints, coatings, and finishes, precisely matching colors and textures to meet project specifications and exceed expectations.
- Prepare surfaces meticulously, including sanding, masking, and cleaning, ensuring optimal paint adhesion and a flawless finish every time.
- Operate and maintain spray painting equipment, including HVLP and airless systems, guaranteeing efficient application and minimizing waste.
- Inspect finished products for imperfections, making necessary touch-ups and adjustments to achieve a high standard of quality and visual appeal.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations, utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and waste disposal methods.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements, ensuring accurate and precise paint application.
- Manage paint inventory and supplies, ensuring sufficient stock levels and proper storage to maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as body technicians and detailers, to achieve a cohesive and high-quality final product.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, promoting a safe and efficient environment for all operations.
- Stay informed about new painting techniques, materials, and equipment, continuously improving skills and knowledge.
